Privacy Policy

This policy covers calibratedpoker.com and the Calibrated Poker Trainer at calibratedpokertrainer.com. Calibrated Poker is run by Matt Roberts in Canada. We collect only what we need to run the service, and we don't sell your data.

What we collect

• Account: your name, email address and, if you sign in with Google, your Google profile name and picture.
• Training data: the drills you play, your answers, scores, settings and saved drills, so your progress follows you between devices.
• Payments: Paddle handles payment and gives us your name, email, country and membership status. We never see your card details.
• Coaching applications: what you type into the application form, sent to us by email.
• Technical logs: IP address, browser and request times, kept briefly for security and to fix problems.

How we use it

To sign you in, save your progress, provide your membership, answer your messages, and keep the service secure. We don't use advertising trackers, and we don't sell or rent your information.

Who helps us

• Clerk: sign-in and accounts.
• Paddle: payments, tax and receipts, as our reseller and merchant of record.
• Neon: the database that stores training progress.
• Cloudflare: website hosting, network security and email.
• Google: only if you choose to sign in with Google.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. No advertising or analytics cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and training data while your account is open. Ask us to delete your account and we'll delete it within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your information. Email matt@calibratedpoker.com and we'll reply within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date.
