Refund Policy

This policy covers Calibrated Poker Trainer memberships. Coaching is arranged separately.

14-day refunds

If the trainer isn't for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of any payment and you'll get that payment back in full. No reason needed.

After 14 days

Payments older than 14 days aren't refunded. You can cancel at any time and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. You won't be charged again.

How to ask

• Email matt@calibratedpoker.com from the address on your account, or
• Reply to your Paddle receipt, or use paddle.net to find your order.

Refunds are made by Paddle, our reseller, to the card or account you paid with. They usually arrive within 5–10 business days. Your access ends when the refund is made.

If you're in a country that gives you further rights, this policy doesn't take them away.
