Terms of Service

These terms cover calibratedpoker.com and the Calibrated Poker Trainer at calibratedpokertrainer.com (together, "the service"). Calibrated Poker is run by Matt Roberts in Canada ("we", "us"). By creating an account or buying a membership you agree to these terms.

Your account

• An account is for one person. Don't share your login or let others use your account.
• Keep your sign-in details secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and at least 18.

Membership and payment

• A membership costs USD 75 per month, plus any sales tax. It renews each month until you cancel.
• Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
• You can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
• If we change the price, we'll tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Free and student access

We may give free access, for example to friends or coaching students. Free access lasts for the time we set, and we can end it at any time.

Fair use

• The trainer is for your own study. Don't copy, resell, share, scrape or publish its content, drills, ranges or solver data.
• Don't use the trainer while you're playing real-money poker. Many poker sites ban real-time assistance, and following their rules is your responsibility.
• Don't try to break, overload or get around the security of the service.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we close a paid account for no fault of yours, we'll refund the unused part of your current month.

No guarantees

The trainer is study material. Solver strategies are models, not guaranteed winning play, and poker involves risk. We work to keep the service running, but it's provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, including poker losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have that can't be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new date and, for important changes, email members.
